1. Delivery Options & Times

We offer two distinct delivery tiers to best serve your needs:

• Standard Items: For ready-to-ship items, orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 1–4 business days.

• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: For bespoke creations, production handling takes 10–21 business days, with a transit time of 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Costs (United Kingdom)

Shipping is calculated based on your order weight. We offer different tiers depending on the product type:

• For Standard Items:

  • 0.0001 kg – 5 kg: Free Shipping

  • 5.0001 kg – 20 kg: £15.00

  • 20.0001 kg – 40 kg: £60.00

  • 40.0001 kg and above: £80.00

• For Made-to-Order Items:

  • 0.0001 kg – 5 kg: Free Shipping

  • 5.0001 kg – 10 kg: £15.00

  • 10.0001 kg – 20 kg: £35.00

  • 20.0001 kg and above: £70.00
