• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
• Custom or personalized items (such as engraved boxes or bespoke resin colours) are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable unless faulty.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges are offered for items of equal value, subject to availability.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• We will confirm receipt and notify you once your refund or exchange has been approved.

3. Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
